Are there any Upsells?

Yes: There are 2 of them but they are needed to have success with the main product. One of them is 400 Number Place Puzzles with PLR and the other is 400 Shikaku Puzzles with PLR

What programs do I need to edit the files?

Yes you will need program to unzip the files which most computers already have and Powerpoint to edit the PPT source files. You may be able to use similar programs to powerpoint to edit them but I can't say how well they work since I don't know what you would be using. There is also a Canva version so you'll need an account with Canva if you want to use that version.

Can I get a refund?

No, due to the digital nature of this product it can't be returned so I can't offer refunds.
